We Design the switchboard layout, considering the electrical requirements of the refrigeration system and any safety standards, then select the necessary components for the switchboard including circuit breakers, relays, contactors, fuses, meters and wiring.
Assembling The switchboard
We then assemble the switchboard enclosure, mounting the selected components inside according to the design specifications. Next is the wiring component, where we ensure the proper connections and are made as per the electrical diagram, and ensure routing to facilitate efficient and safe operation.
Once assembled, we thoroughly test the switchboard to ensure all components and functioning correctly and that the wiring is properly connect.
Installation of the Switchboards
Finally, we install the switchboard into the refrigeration system, connecting it to the power supply and all other relevant equipment.
